It seems to be a very large piece of land that would require large scale planning and an immense scale of overseeing,much like a small country would require.A language barrier,Climate conditions and coping with natural but harmful wildlife might make it somewhat hazardous;Of course be willing to give it a go but it would be like trying to tame the rainforest.
Personally I’d be much happier with somewhere smaller,to start our little community.milder climatic conditions and nearer to home.
